The Backroom is an intimate "dinner party-style" restaurant located in Pittsfield, just minutes from Killington, Vermont. Join Chef Kevin Lasko & Katie Stiles in their open kitchen and communal dining room as they share their passion for food & entertaining with you.
The Backroom offers one seating on Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm. Each evening begins with cocktails and snacks followed by a three-course dinner. The dinner menus at The Backroom are always changing, always local and always delicious. We also boast a full bar with a strong cocktail program and interesting wine and beer list.
Dinners are available to guests at $95 per person exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity. We take all dietary restrictions and aversions guests might have seriously, and are happy to customize an appropriate menu.
