The menu at The Backroom changes nightly and revolves around local produce, pastured meats and what is inspiring Chef Lasko. Dinner at The Backroom is meant to be an experience, and so we generally do not post menus before the dinner as we like diners to be surprised.
If you have any food allergies or aversions, please let us know when you make your reservations and we will happily accomodate.
